ALDER JAMES: Avenida Cadiz Remodel Design Progress

This project is definitely one of our favorites to produce. The clients are a young family with a love for getting outside and enjoying all that Southern California has to offer. Much like our family. Using that inspiration to find the perfect way to add square footage and a contemporary design to their property.

Using small details to really boost the use of the home. This back entry to the kitchen provides a perfect spot to store garden supplies or beach gear.

As we come closer to breaking ground on this property we continue to tweak the design to make the clients vision is met.
